le produit scalaire des 2 vecteurs $\overrightarrow{u}$ et $\overrightarrow{v}$
$\overrightarrow{u}.\overrightarrow{v}$ $= \frac{1}{2}||\overrightarrow{u}^{2}|| + ||\overrightarrow{v}^{2} ||- ||\overrightarrow{v}-\overrightarrow{u}||$
si A,B et C sont des réels et $AB = \overrightarrow{u}$ et $BC = \overrightarrow{v}$ on a $BC = \overrightarrow{BA} + \overrightarrow{AC}$
$\overrightarrow{v} = -\overrightarrow{u} + \overrightarrow{AC}$
$\overrightarrow{u} + \overrightarrow{v} = \overrightarrow{AC}$
je n'arrive pas à retrouver la formule de départ
à vrai dire , je n'ai pas très bien compris le produit scalaire

Il y a des erreurs d'écriture : $\vec u \cdot \vec v = \frac{1}{2}\left(||\vec u||^2+||\vec v||^2-||\vec v -\vec u||^2\right)$ est une définition du produit scalaire.
Si $A , B , C$ sont 3 points du plan . En posant $\overrightarrow{AB}=\vec u$ et $ \overrightarrow{AC}=\vec v$, on a
$\vec v -\vec u =\overrightarrow{AC}-\overrightarrow{AB}=\overrightarrow{AC}+\overrightarrow{BA}=\overrightarrow{BC}$
La définition s'écrit alors : $\overrightarrow{AB}\cdot \overrightarrow{AC}=\frac{1}{2} (AB^2+AC^2-BC^2)$

d ' après la relation de Chasles
pour avoir $\overrightarrow{BC}$ théoriquement il faut faire $\overrightarrow{BC} = \overrightarrow{BA} + \overrightarrow{AC}$
quand vous écrivez $\overrightarrow{AC } - \overrightarrow{AB} = \overrightarrow{AC } + \overrightarrow{BA} = \overrightarrow{BC}$ cela ne donne pas

Dans une addition, on peut changer l'ordre des termes donc :
$\overrightarrow{AC}+\overrightarrow{BA}=\overrightarrow{BA}+\overrightarrow{AC} =\overrightarrow{BC}$
$\overrightarrow{AC}+\overrightarrow{BA}=\overrightarrow{BA}+\overrightarrow{AC} =\overrightarrow{BC}$
